Roslindale Village Main Street is expanding the Roslindale Farmers Market with a specialty foods and local business showcase booth. Many area businesses have expressed a desire to sell at the market but cannot staff a booth. At the same time, customers want an expanded selection of quality products they can purchase at the market. We hope to meet both of these needs by creating a booth that features product and any marketing materials such as brochures, menus or order sheets, from any interested local businesses.
Roslindale Village Main Street staff will work with vendors, on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the shelf life of the product, to identify and pick up the featured product. For perishable goods, such as meat, our staff will solicit orders and payment directly to the vendor from our customers. Goods will be delivered the following week.
We ask that vendors invoice RVMS directly for the purchase of the goods, either on a bi-monthly or monthly basis.
The Showcase Booth is a pilot project. Cost is dependent on amount of tabel space you want.
