Adams Park Maintenance

Roslindale Village Main Street and Roslindale Green and Clean have partnered with Organic Soil Solutions of Needham, MA to restore the grass in Adams Park. Work began in May 2011 with an application of compost, seeding and soil aeration. A crew of volunteers is scheduled to water the park regularly through the summer months. There will be another application of compost, seeding and aeration in the fall after the market ends.

You may notice the protective covering we are using each week at the farmers market. We are working to protect high traffic areas in order to preserve the condition of the grass and keep it healthy. Check back to this page for updates on the soil testing and other information throughout the summer.
