About the event
Come and sweat at The Substation for this bodyweight focused bootcamp. Class is bodyweight focused with some band exercises. We welcome all levels, and you’ll be challenged! Make sure to bring your own yoga mat or beach towel, water, and a mini band (available for purchase at class)
