About the event
Boston's newest early music series 'Le Note Diverse' presents its first official concert: Italian Reflections, featuring Juan A. Mesa, virginal, and Hideki Yamaya, lutes, in a program of early 17th-century lute duets arranged for lute and keyboard. Also included are early violin sonatas transcribed for lute and continuo. Music by Castello, Marini, Merulo, Terizi, and Piccinini, among others.
Free admission; suggested donation $20.
