What’s better than free outdoor yoga to celebrate the arrival of spring?! I & I Rose Garden will be hosting six Saturday sessions of neighborhood yoga this spring on Birch Street Plaza. This free series will happen on Saturdays from 10:30 - 11:30am on Birch Street Plaza. The dates are March 25, and April 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29.
These yoga classes will be all levels and everyone is encouraged to join. Just grab your yoga mat & a water bottle and meet us on the Plaza!
